Warranty Conditions

Our products are considered competitive sports equipment, therefore the conditions may differ from general practice. For professional and proper use, if necessary, seek advice from trained professionals experienced in skating sports.

The evolutionspeedskating.com webstore provides 6 months warranty on the products it distributes, however, if the manufacturer's warranty extends beyond this, it applies to the Buyer.

The warranty only applies to malfunctions arising from manufacturing or material defects during proper use. We are unable to replace products that have been used improperly or have been subjected to external damage.

Complaint procedure:

• We repair legitimate complaints free of charge or replace the defective product
• Complaints are always evaluated in cooperation with the manufacturer
• If the complaint is not approved, we return the product with a report and the manufacturer's statement

For rules and conditions not specified here, the GTC, EU regulations, and the relevant laws of the Hungarian Civil Code apply.

Withdrawal and Exchange Conditions

The following points apply exclusively to end users, natural persons acting outside the commercial activity scope of the products.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without justification within 15 days from the receipt date of the ordered products, provided that the sports equipment has not yet been put into use and/or has not been structurally modified.

If you would like to exchange the product (e.g., due to incorrect size selection), we will provide a different size after trying it on, in new condition and original packaging after returning the product, but the resulting shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

The Buyer does not have the right of withdrawal for products that were made according to the Buyer's instructions or were already adapted to the user's needs upon request. If a product is specifically procured at the buyer's request, we inform the customer in advance that the right of withdrawal does not apply to that product.
