These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as: GTC) contain the rights and obligations of Tamus Márton e.v. (hereinafter referred to as: Service Provider), and the Customer (hereinafter referred to as: Customer) using electronic commercial services provided by the Service Provider through the www.evolutionspeedskating.com website (Service Provider and Customer hereinafter together referred to as: Parties).

1. GENERAL INFORMATION, CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT BETWEEN PARTIES
1.1. These GTC apply to all electronic commercial services provided through the electronic store (hereinafter referred to as: Evolution Speed Skating webstore) found on the Evolution Speed Skating website (hereinafter referred to as: Website).
Furthermore, these GTC extend to all commercial transactions within the territory of Hungary that are concluded between the Parties defined in this contract. Purchases in the Evolution Speed Skating webstore are regulated by Act CVIII of 2001 on electronic commercial services and certain issues of information society services ("Elkertv.").
1.2. Purchases in the Evolution Speed Skating webstore are possible by placing orders electronically, in the manner specified in these GTC.
1.3. Most services of the Evolution Speed Skating webstore are available to all users without registration. However, some services require registration (and subsequent login), which anyone is entitled to according to the provisions recorded in the GTC.
1.4. After placing an order, it can be freely modified or cancelled without consequences until the shipment of the order begins. This is possible by phone and electronically.
The contract concluded in Hungarian between the Parties with the purchase of goods is considered a written contract, which the Service Provider files and keeps for 5 years after its conclusion.
2. ORDER PROCESS
2.1. The products found in the Evolution Speed Skating webshop are considered competitive sports equipment. Their use involves risks. Please seek professional advice from skating experts for safe and proper use.
If you feel that you do not have adequate information or skills for the safe use of the products, you can return the products ordered from us in accordance with the withdrawal conditions.
3. OFFER BINDING, ORDER CONFIRMATION
3.1. The Service Provider confirms the receipt of the offer (order) sent by the Customer without delay, via automatic confirmation email, to the Customer within 48 hours at the latest.
4. SHIPPING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
4.1. The Service Provider delivers the ordered goods requested for home delivery using a shipping company, according to the conditions readable on the Shipping and Payment conditions page.
4.2. Online card payments are made through the Barion system. Card data does not reach the merchant. Barion Payment Zrt., which provides the service, is an institution under the supervision of the Hungarian National Bank, license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.
5. WARRANTY
5.1. The Service Provider is subject to warranty obligations for its products based on the Civil Code and Government Decree 151/2003. (IX. 22.).
6. LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
6.1. In case of defective performance by the Service Provider, the Customer may assert liability for defects claims against the Service Provider.
7. LIABILITY
7.1. The information found on the Website has been placed in good faith, but it serves only informational purposes, the Service Provider assumes no responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the information.
8. COPYRIGHT
8.1. The Website is under copyright protection.

10. OTHER PROVISIONS
10.1. The Evolution Speed Skating webstore information system has adequate security level, its use does not pose a risk.
The GTC applies to all legal transactions and services that take place through the www.evolutionspeedskating.com website, regardless of whether their fulfillment is carried out from Hungary or abroad, by the Service Provider or its collaborator.
